Return Eligibility & 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return periodstarting from the date your order is successfully delivered. All return requests must be officially submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.To qualify for return, the product must meet all of the following requirements:

• The item is uninstalled, unused, unmodified, and in brand-new condition.
• No scratches, stains, construction marks, or artificial damage.
• All original packaging, accessories, parts, and manuals are complete and undamaged.

Installed products, construction-damaged products, or items altered by customers are not eligible for return.

Shipping Cost Responsibility (Official Rule)

Our shipping fee policy is clearly divided based on responsible parties:

• Personal Reason Returns (Customer’s Responsibility)If you return the item due to personal reasons, including but not limited to changed mind, unsuitable size or style, no longer needed, or personal preference issues:you are only responsible for the return shipping cost.The full product price will be 100% refunded.
• Non-Personal Reason Returns (Store’s Responsibility)If the return is caused byproduct quality defects, shipping damage, missing parts, incorrect items shipped, packing errors, or any fault on our side, we will fully cover all return shipping fees. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your verified return shipping expense.
