Return Eligibility
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
For personal-reason returns, including a change of mind or an unsuitable size or style:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in brand-new condition.
• Opening the package for inspection does not by itself make an item ineligible, provided the item remains unused and uninstalled.
• All original packaging, accessories, parts, and manuals must be included.
• Installed or used items are not eligible for personal-reason returns.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders are reviewed separately. Please see the next section.
Requesting a Return
Email support@kichae.com with:
• Your order number and product model.
• The reason for your return.
• The item’s current condition.
• Relevant photos, if there is damage or a product issue.
Please obtain approval and return instructions before shipping anything back. Use only the return address provided by our support team; warehouse locations and the address on your shipping label may not be the correct return destination.
Return Shipping Costs
For personal-reason returns, customers arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not deduct the original outbound shipping cost. Special circumstances may be reviewed individually.
For shipping damage, product defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or other issues not caused by the customer, we cover return shipping. Contact us before arranging shipment so we can provide instructions.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please report shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing parts within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Email support@kichae.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the packaging.
We cover return shipping for shipping damage, product defects, incorrect items, missing parts, and other issues not caused by the customer.
Depending on the issue, available solutions include replacement parts, an exchange, a replacement shipment, or a return for a refund. Our team will explain the options and help you choose a solution.
Contact us before arranging return shipping. We will confirm whether the item needs to be returned and provide the appropriate instructions. The unused and uninstalled conditions for personal-reason returns do not determine eligibility for assistance with these issues.
3-Year Warranty
All products include a 3-year warranty. The 30-day return window is separate from warranty coverage.
