We offer a 30-day return periodstarting from the date your order is successfully delivered. All return requests must be officially submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.To qualify for return, the product must meet all of the following requirements:
- The item is uninstalled, unused, unmodified, and in brand-new condition.
- No scratches, stains, construction marks, or artificial damage.
- All original packaging, accessories, parts, and manuals are complete and undamaged.
Installed products, construction-damaged products, or items altered by customers are not eligible for return.
